How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete your Arzan account and associated data, you have two options:

1. In-App Deletion

  • • Open the Arzan App
  • • Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete My Account
  • • Confirm the deletion request

2. Manual Request

If you cannot delete your account through the App:

  • • Send an email to admin@arzantopup.com
  • • Use subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • • Include your registered email address or phone number
  • • We will process your request within 30 days

Data Retention Policy

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. If your account remains inactive for 24 months, we may delete your data automatically.

Exception for Legal Compliance
